1. Data controller

Invoice data (company name, VAT ID) — to fulfil tax obligations (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Newsletter e-mail — based on consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); consent can be withdrawn at any time.

3. Recipients

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payment processing.

InPost sp. z o.o. — parcel delivery.

Hosting and transactional e-mail providers acting on our behalf.

4. Retention

Order data is kept for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the tax year).

Newsletter data — until consent is withdrawn.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (UODO).
