§1. General

The JellyLabs online shop at jellylab.pl is operated by Daria Kolesnyk, NIP 1231601674, REGON 544457758, registered at al. Wojska Polskiego 187B/1, 71-325 Szczecin.

These terms define how sale agreements are concluded through the shop.

§2. Orders and prices

Prices are gross (VAT included) and expressed in Polish złoty.

Orders are placed without an account. A confirmation with the order number is sent by e-mail.

The sale agreement is concluded upon payment.

§3. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Available methods: card, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

The shop does not store card details.

§4. Delivery

We ship within Poland via InPost courier or InPost parcel lockers. Pick-up at the studio is also available.

Orders paid before 1 pm on working days are packed the same day.

§5. Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

Under art. 38(4) and (5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods and sealed goods that cannot be returned once opened for health or hygiene reasons — this covers opened jelly packaging.

§6. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to hello@jellylab.pl and are handled within 14 days.

Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
